1. Please note that the price stated is fix and non-negotiable.

2. First come, first serve basis. Any backout buyer without telling us first, will be BLACKLISTED.

3. Please note that the delivery for ready stock items are 2-3 working days.

4. Please make sure before you buy, the measurement given can fit you perfectly. I will not be responsible if you cant fit it.

5. The colour shown in this website might be slightly different to the original items due to different brightness and setting.

6. Order can be made by directly email us at our email. No order via sms will be entertain.

7. Please note that reservation are only 24 hours, if you need extra time, please kindly let me know :)

8. I will not responsible to any damage, lost during the delivery.

9. No refund after payment have been made unless the stock is not available.

10. Please make sure you understand all the term & condition before proceed to order.
